Men with Sjogrens and blood work results

I was reading this article on the internet that said that it is very common for men with Sjogrens to have sero-negative blood work.   As I'm sero-negative and confirmed only via lip biopsy I just wonder if other men could ring in and tell me if they are sero-negative or if they have had positive blood work.

I'm curious, what blood types are you?  Could it be that certain types/sub groups might be less likely to show autoimmune markers.

First Ive heard of men not showing markers..however as Epson has them..its not a glove fits all thing..as per usual.

I neither have elevated ESR, nor CRP, nor any SSA, SSB markers...yet at the same time I have several Autoimmune Diseases
