Wasn't sure where to post this but along with dryness I have pretty severe Raynauds. Acts up when in cold environments or even when I am excited. Minus gloves and socks is there anything to help my Raynauds. In the grand scheme of things it isn't to bad but if I can improve it i would like to.

I'm always pleased when someone takes a proactive approach to any symptom or condition. Prevention far outweighs treatment, as far as I'm concerned.

In addition to the hand and foot warming, try to avoid cool areas, because total body cooling will trigger attacks as well as having cold hands or feet. Additionally; reduce anxiety, quit smoking if you do, and avoid OTC medications or other substances that trigger attacks, such as caffeine, cold medications that contain pseudoephedrine; and if you take a beta-blocker for heart problems or blood pressure control, discuss alternatives with your doctor.

Here is an interesting website regarding treatment options for those with Raynauds

I think fish oil is also recommended to combat eye dryness as well.
