doctors

sorry for second post but the question is I see no way to get the charts that are wrong off the patient portal so I have about 15 or more years of notes.  Most not true but it means every doc within the network can get into your files and read everything.  I never new I was going to have to fight for what is right but I guess that is all that is left.
I have, but do not wish to use at this point, some things that could be sent to the medical board.  For sure one doc would lose her license and I suspect the other two should but lies seem fine at a so called number 1 hospital.  So if I was in an accident this junk would go to the er and I could wind up dead.  So what do I do.  What game are we playing?  Some doctors are so out of it that they caused a ton of suicides  because they can not read the cdc guidelines or flat out did not know what the word guidelines means.
