When there is a Holiday on that day, for example Thanksgiving in the United States, we don't have any chat, and we take two weeks off around the Christmas-New Year Holiday.

I know when chat is supposed to be.  I even tried it last Thursday but something is wrong with my computer.  Nothing showed up.
My third iPhone will not pick up calls or I will hear talking in the background.  This is a newer iPhone as my last did the same thing only I watched as the frame started spinning and went down to a circle and no more phone.
I will literally not get messages from neighbors or if I do it could take a day to a few months or nothing.  Hubby has an iPhone and his works fine.  He has no problems.
I have no idea who you see to fix this. (it is a MAC) and don't understand why hubby has no problems but I do and the computer helper who has worked with us for years can not figure it out.  I think I get hit with the I made a mistake because I am not well and am getting sicker as time goes by.
Sorry to repeat question on chat but have little time when I can actually function.
