Slight Low WBC and borderline ANC Auto

I am sort of freaking out because my blood work came back off.  To start I have a family history of leukemia and leukopenia. 

My WBC count was slightly low, my MPV was low, and my ANC auto was at the very bottom range.  My rheumy did not seem too concerned about this.   Since I have a family history, should I see a hematologist anyway?
