Hi, everyone.  I have been having a ton of problems with a bottom tooth that had to be extracted, a cavity filled next door, and bone graft in the extracted tooth.  I received a letter from the dentist that I have periodontal disease.  I am not surprised.  I could not see a dentist the entire time of COVID pandemic.

I looked online to see what toothpastes were good for periodontal disease and saw this one and ordered it.  It also keeps your mouth moist and is recommended for Sjogren's.  I tried it for the first time today, and like it.  Has anyone else tried this one with success?

Also, two weeks after the extraction and bone graft, I am still in pain.  Every time I breath in, the inside of my left nostril has pain and it triggers into my right jaw and into the right extracted tooth area.  Warm steam seems to help for a moment, but I have been taking Tylenol Arthritis and Naproxen on a regular basis.  Mind you, I have severe stenosis in my cervical vertebrae which is crushing my spinal cord.  That could also be part of the problem.

Anyone ever get the dry nose that makes it bleed and trigger pain in the jaw and teeth?  I am seeing my regular doctor on Wednesday to see if it is a sinus infection, but this all started after the dental work.  I am thinking a flare?
