IBS or celiac disease or SIBO?

Hi

Apart from my dry eyes and mouth, i have had the below symptoms for last 12 months

1. Constant rumbling in my abdomen. No pain, no diarrhea, no constipation.

2. Discomfort in upper right Abdomen when i sleep on my right side. No pain.

Do these symptoms indicate ibs or celiac disease or sibo?

I would say it's too soon to know what you are experiencing.  If you have Celiac, SIBO or IBS eventually you will have many more symptoms.

I don't have Celiac.  I have IBS and SIBO.  No fun.  But manageable, so far with antibiotics for SIBO and diet for both SIBO and IBS.
