Single nostril block when lying down

Hi

When a nostril gets blocked while lying down on one side is called rhinitis.

I was facing this problem. One general physician told me this can be due to restasis drops. He told me to press my fingers near the tear ducts for 3 minutes after i put restasis.

I have started doing this and my nostril block has reduced.....

If anyone else has this problem and are using restasis, they can try this and share their experience.
