This Tuesday, I am going to have a laser hair removal treatment done on my chin and neck.

After many years of plucking and pulling on a daily basis, I am ready to give this a try. My ingrown hairs hurt so bad.

Has anyone had this done?  Any tips?  What did you use to treat your skin afterwords?

I was told not to pluck any hair for ten days prior to the treatment so that the laser can find the hair.  This has been very difficult for me not to, I think it was kind of a stress outlet also.

Now, I feel like I have a full grown beard.

Good luck, lighthouse.  I'm sure you will appreciate the results.

For laser hair removal, my experience has been positive.  No special skin care was required.  It was the electrolysis that I found painful.  I had to use Polysporin cream to encourage healing.

I know how difficult it is not to pluck those darn hairs!  Hang in there.  Just a few days left!
