Easy, Excellent, Parmesan Chicken!

I made this the other night, and it was a big hit. It may seem weird, but just try it. "Try it, You'll like it!"

Preheat oven to 425.
Lay boneless, skinless chicken breasts on a cookie sheet.
Spread mayonnaise all over them. (DO IT! TRUST ME!)
Sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning on the mayo.
Shake a thick layer of grated Parmesan cheese on each one. 
Sprinkle a thin dusting of bread crumbs on top of that.
Bake for 25 minutes, til the bread crumbs are a toasty brown. Nothing else will be brown.

Serve with pasta, or salad, tomatoes, whatever. EASY PEASY and so yummy!

You can skip the bread crumbs if you are gluten-free, and make sure you use REAL mayo.
