"Living Life in Spite of Sjogren's" can be hard sometimes!!

As most of you know the struggles for us go way beyond the physical aspects of Sjogren's.  There are difficult times that come about and only complicate the already stressed body and mind.

Please take a minute to think of a friend that is going through a rough time right now and needs thoughts and prayers.

Anita - the above sentence could be read a couple different ways.  I'm not sure if YOU are the friend you are referring to or not . . . but, if you are . . . . sending some thoughts and prayers your way that the rough time will improve and get better for you.

I have a friend in need too. She is recovering from cancer but her mental health has gone downhill fast. All positive vibes for her would be gratefully recieved.
