BTW, the cheapest source I've found for Squigle Tooth Builder is at DermStore where it's $7.99 each with free (and fast shipping) but you have to buy 3 tubes. If you find it cheaper, let me know.

I found the Squigle Tooth Builder at dentist.net for $7.52.  It was $7.99.  Of course you have to pay for shipping, so I don't know what the total would be.
Thanks for the info - with shipping starting at $4.95 and based on weight - I think Dermstore is still a better bet right now. However I did see several toothpastes here that I didn't see in my previous searches - unfortunately they have other ingredients that I can't tolerate when my mouth is acting up like lemon, orange, Limonene or cinnamon. I wonder why companies don't make more toothpaste for sensitive mouths - I mean anyone can use them - but we can't use 99% of the toothpaste on the market.

Thank you for recommending the Squigle Tooth Builder Toothpaste.  I ordered a tube today and I can't wait for it to get here to try it out.  My nerve pain and sensitivity with the receding gums is so bad that my dental hygienist put me on Colgate Pro-Sensitive Toothpaste.  I would prefer to have something with all natural ingredients.

Yeah sookieB,

I also have cool mist humidifier..I actually love the humming it makes since Im such a light sleeper. Most of us have the stuffy
sinuses, so hence the open mouth. I find sleeping with my custom dental tray, makes me keep my mouth closed more too.

If your doing ok on Premarin, stay on it. All my problems started when my estrogen dropped after hyster. Everything autoimmune got 100% worse. My yeast problems really started as well. I know the inbalance is causing it. Wish I could tolerate more estrogen..I have almost
none in me right now. Im using my bio creams, but they dont seem to absorb, and I have side effects after I put it on? what to do? ughhh.

Im trying to stick to healthier diet, but not strict enough. My food of choice seems to be potato chips..I know carbs turn into sugar.
Im trying to keep up my sodium too since its also low due to having POTS.

Lighthouse!  Squigle is going to have several new customers!  I can't wait to get mine either!  It's amazing how many toothpastes have mint in them or cinnamon and fluoride etc.

I was so bummed out before I found this place!  I'm actually more at peace with myself now that I have some answers and have eased the pain considerably!

I'm picking up my dental guard on Monday.  I'm hoping that it will help because I have been biting my cheeks and my lower lip for some reason.  Nerve isssues I guess.  I'm hoping that it my tongue in place and stops me from messing with it as much as the tip is so sore it has a mind of it's own. lol  It's so tender that my teeth feel like sharp razors against it.  Weird huh?  Which I have found out to be from the Polyneuropathy.

Thanks for the tip on the Premarin.  Like I said I tried to wean off it but the hot flashes came back with a vengeance and I just can't take all that stress right now so I went back on it.  I had a lump removed from my left breast two years ago but it was not cancer so I guess I could be playing with fire here but it was not Estrogen produced.  The stuff we women go through!  Sheesh!

I'm working on no gluten and sugar right now.  A week now and no chocolate... lol  That is HUGE for me! lol  Once I adjust to it I know I will feel a lot better so baby steps I guess!

I love the cool mist humidifier and you're right!  Mine has a little night light that I like and it does give that soothing hum to sleep by!

Sounds like you and I have a lot in common health wise ...I'm sorry to say. lol  But it's great to have your advice for sure!
