Up for grabs a Nucynta ER savings card

I have to have my tonsils out and my soft palate worked on Thursday. My ENT gave me this Nucynta savings card however you have to have regular insurance to use it and I don't. So if anyone wants this pm me your address and I will put it in the mail to you. It is only supposed to cost you $25 for a prescription with this card.
