There is a movie on Norman Cousins. His theory was that humor promotes endorphin release and helps you fight every disease.

So many I can't remember ...

I have a weird sense of humour, some of these are not comedies

The Ladykillers (remake with Tom Hanks)
The Witches of Eastwick
The Addams Family (both movies)
Arthur (remake with Russell Brand)
Kill Bill (it's not a comedy but I couldn't help laughing at most of it - it's as if the filmmaker is poking fun at various film genres)
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (I like Michael Caine)
Some of Woody Allen's movies are funny, like Manhattan Murder Mystery, Radio Days, Lost in Yonkers, Vickie Christina Barcelona - I like his sarcasm

I find Helen Mirren funny in many of her roles "Stop calling me Mum, I'm not the bloody Queen Mother"

We're watching Volver at the moment (Penelope Cruse is funny)

Tivia

I am going to throw these out there.. most anything mel brooks, dirty rotten scoundrels , a christmas story, airplane, what about bob, abbot and costello movies ..there are so many cant list them all
