Scottietottie

Hi  :)

I've been taking "Calceos" for a couple of months now. (Calcium Vit D tablets) My Vit D was found to be low - though not exceptionally. I'm happy to report that in my case, it has helped a bit. I'm no longer waking up with pins and needles from hands to elbows and from feet to knees. My feet and toes still burn but at least the sensation isn't going further up now.

I'll get my blood tested again in about a months time and see what it says.

Take care - Scottie  :)

That's wonderful Scottie, I hope the progress continues.

I finally got my score up to 17 so my rheumy is happier.  Now if I can just remember to take the dang things when I'm suppose to. ::)

30 to 100 is supposed to be normal.  That is what my Rheumie told me.  I am still taking my Vit D even though mine is now 39.  He wants to get it a bit higher so I can maintain the appropriate level.  Made me feel better also.  Good luck all.  Hugs, Redetha
