Chickpea

Hi Lesley

I'm so glad that you had a check-up so quickly ... and even happier for you that it was good news.  The breast physician sounds great and it's good that she said you could return any time you have a concern.  As for the radiographer ...  I wonder if they have to have mammograms themselves as part of their training?

I've always thought training for obstetricians should include them having to lie with their legs in stirrups for a couple of hours, naked from the waist down - and the door open to the hospital corridor.  That might teach them a bit of sensitivity!

Take care - Chickpea

Chickpea, how true this is grrr...I've still got pain in the inside chest wall ligaments (probably costochronditis now) as it was a bit sore here before I had the mamm. The side view squeeze she did was definitely more painful than the front view  >:( I have some small fingerprints (one on the side of my left breast and some to the side, where she manhandled me) I'm in two minds whether to file a complaint!

Meanwhile, I've restarted the Brufen Retard 800 twice a day! I left if off yesterday and it was obviously too soon  :(
