Sjogrens causing skin rash.

On an earlier post I mentioned that I thought I might have shingles.   Well,  it wasn't shingles but when then did a biopsy they found lymphocytes in the sample.   Now I don't know if Sjogrens caused the rash on my back or if the antibodies just went there because of the problem.   Anyone have any experience with this?  I know its lymphocytes they look for when they take a lip biopsy.
P.S.   My mother emailed to ask if they found anything from my autopsy.    I answered back.  I"M NOT DEAD YET!!!!
I called her to laugh about it and she said she just spelled it wrong.  Nope,  she spelled autopsy perfectly!!!!

I have a chronic rash problem, most of it on my back.  Biopsies always come back inconclusive and have several steroid creams to keep things under control, but never completely clear of all rashes.

Epson,  I wonder if they looked for lympocytes?   Apparently my biopsy (not autopsy) caused lots of confusion and had to be evaluated by a number of people.   You should ask them to look specifically for that.

I get mini rashes that come and go..red that last but a few minutes...

Im assuming lymphocytes would be found in say
psoriasis..as its part of the mixed up auto-immune response to attack healthy tissue...

Are you on any new meds since the cellcept ?  have you tried Plaquenil already ..

This year I have a new rash that I had trouble explaining to the doctor yesterday. They were little red dots that appear under my clothing after exposure to as little as 1/2 hour of sunlight. They look three dimensional under my skin like some sort of cone. The burn like sunburn and itch. With two to six hours of meditation in the dark they will disappear. My doctor thought it could be related to my Sjogrens or Lupus. Longer in the sun will produce the Lupus Butterfly but without the red cone dots.

Has anyone heard of something like this?

Joe,  my rash had dots too.  Its a complete circle of dots.  Almost like connect the dots or like looking at some stars in the sky.   
Kindand Caring....yes I've tried Plaquenuil.   For some reason my rhumy changed me to Cellcept.   At the moment I'm on nothing similiar and waiting the docs instructions.

Billydude, I thought about your comment and When my rash appears. I am wondering if it could be related to sweat glands not working properly? It was the only thing that seemed to make sense to me.
