great doctors appointment

i had my appointment with the internist today
he was great he listend to all my problems for an hour
then he ordered a full battery of blood work

he thinks that its a good possability that i have sjs and it will not show up in the blood work
but he gave me medicine to help with the dryness and eye drops

and have a followup in a month and then he is going to refer me to a endocrin doc for my thryoid

he was very nice and thought since my family has ai history that sjs was very likely
and he did not just think it was all in my head

i am glad i made the switch i feel like i am getting help this time
even if he can not make a full dx at least he is treating the symptoms
and is very familiar with sjs

That's great news!  It makes a change to hear about a doctor who is prepared to start treating symptoms even before he's got a firm diagnosis.

Hope you adjust ok to the new meds.
