what to ask the new doc

friday i have a appointment with an internest i have never met with him before

what should i point out to him or ask him so he is heading in the right direction
or will he know just by my symptoms

is there specific test he should be running

Hi Jas 

Go prepared. Jot down a symptom list before you see the intern. It's easy to miss something out and remember after you've been.

Also jot down questions to go through and be prepared to jot down answers so you can read them back later - at your leisure!

A first appointment would normally entail taking a detailed medical history - note of current symptoms - an examination and probably blood tests. They only know what you tell 'em though. So go prepared.
