what to do with symptoms

now that i am waiting for an appointment with a rheum  doc it wont be until june
and my symptoms seem to be getting worse every day is there anything that can help

i now have full blown anxiety so i am sure that is not helping anything

Jason,  I know rest is the number one thing that helps my 4 year old.  The more rest she gets the better she feels.  I know Aleve helps with the pain.  I wish you the best.    Jonnell and Jenna
