Hi! I am new to this forum. Please excuse me if My spelling is so bad due to the brain fog.
Is there any type of diet that would help this?
Other symptoms:
a calcium deposit removed from my tongue that caused my tongue to burn constantly (anyone have that problem)?
dry eye and mouth.
chills without fever.
I can't sleep and when I do I can't get up.
My Rheumy is sure that this is sjogren's but I am still being tested for it.
I feel like I'm going insane!
Any help would be sooooooooooo appreciated

I've had all the symptoms you mention.  In the beginning, I grieved a lot for a normal life but I've grown to accept a lot of things as a new kind of normal.  There are treatments for symptoms.  I take Evoxac for extreme mouth dryness and Restasis for my eyes.  I rest a lot.  I try not to stress about things too much.  The brain fog drives me crazy.  Hopefully, some others will come along and give you some good advice.

Welcome to Sjogren's world!  I hope as well as testing for SjS, they are also doing bloodtests to see if your thyroid is functioning normally. An underactive thyroid can cause tremendous brain-fog and can also make one feel cold all the time. It sometimes goes along with SjS.

When will you get test results?  Keep us posted!

I have had all the thyroid tests and all came back negative.
I have had other blood-work, but my new doctor is doing more
tests. I don't know what it will come to.
