Glyconutrients - amazing progress

Thought I'd do an update on my progress using glyconutrients (natural plant carb/sugars) which help modulate/moderate the immune system, since July last year in relation to my previous posts under meds/treatments in the old system.
I never thought I'd feel this well again having had SS since before I believe 1990 when diagnosed.
My fatigue is a thing of the past.  Have lots of energy!  Such a relief.  I've ordinary tiredness at the end of a working day.  I look forward to bedtime now as am enjoying 7 - 7/2 hrs solid sleep with dozing an hr or so before waking properly.  I'd like 8 - 9 hrs, greedy!!
Although my mouth is still a little dry I mainly only chew gum after meals to ensure teeth are cared for.  Was sick of feeling like a cow chewing my cud.
My eyes need further improvement, but are definitely better.  Don't seem so sore/gravelly, more blurred.  I've been on holidays so will see how they fare at work next week with the air con, fleuro lights, computer!!
With winter coming on it will be interesting to see how things go with the extra dryness I seem to get this time of year.
The hormonal problems have really settled down also.  A nightmare as a lot of you know.
I feel so blessed that my friend suggested I try the "ambrotose complex" & my body is responding so positively.  I've almost forgotten what SS is like, actually!!
Trust you all aren't suffering too much, wretched illness it is.  I'm happy to share with any of you who wish to know more about my great improvement.
Take care all of you out there.

Hi Lotus,

Thanks for the update...I'm so glad that you're feeling better now than you were before! Its good to hear positive news!  :)

Just on a side note to anyone who is considering taking any kind of medicine, vitamins, supplements, etc.....please talk to your doctor first! Its always best to talk to someone who knows about this as many things can interfere with so many other drugs, etc....its just best to play it safe!

I'm glad you're doing so well Lotus!  In reference to Lynnmarie's remark about getting your doc's permission before using any herb/supplement, I totally agree.  Most people mean well when I mention autoimmune or Sjogrens and immediately they tell me "I should be taking A, B, or C."  I usually tell them I'll ask my doctor.

I have told close friends and relatives that I can't use just anything and my immune system isn't "weak" or need boosting.  Our immune systems are running on overdrive and can do without any boosts!  There is so much "information" about supplements "boosting" our this and that, most people don't know your autoimmune system can run wild.   :D

Hi, I read your post with great interest.  Not being nosy but what continent are you on?  They call different meds/herbs different things in different countries and I'd like to check this out before May 4th doc's visit.  Do you know what the actual ingredients are?

Thanks again.
