Hi all,
I just got my hands on a computer and had to say hi. I'm in Fla for the second week and am enjoying the warm temps and sun. I've done more in the past 10 days than the whole year at home!  We are hoping to stay another two weeks if we feel good and all is still well with our relatives which we are staying with.  :-)............  We each have a sister here and are splitting time between both.  All have been gracious.l

We went to a beach yesterday.  I wore a hat and had sunscreen on along with clothing that pretty well covered me.  You could not swim at this beach for some reason, although I probably wouldn't have anyhow.  I do have my bathing suit if I get up the nerve and some warm water, though.

I think this trip/weather has been good for both of us.  Hubby is more antsy to get home than I am.  Our daughter was here for the first week but flew home as planned.  Well, I will be able to check in now that I'm moving in with my SIL.  Lucy

Hi Lucy,
Boy, I can feel the warmth and your smile coming through your writing.  You even sound better than you have in months. ;D

I hope the rest of your vacation gives you as much rest and fun as the beginning did.

We have missed you, but knowing that you are having a good time and feel good, is all that counts.  GO FOR IT! :D

Lucy, The mental image is good, but then I open my eyes and look out the window and see the new layer of snow we received yesterday. Oh, well. You just have a good time. The rest of us will just have to endure. ::) ::) Seriously, have a darn good time. Irish ;D

Hi everyone,
Well, we moved from one sister to another sister today and I'm tired of dragging suitcases in and out.  My sis and my hubby's sis live 15 miles apart and we're "sharing" time with them.  Actually, my sister has a bunch of company company coming down and it was easy for us to move and let the others have the room.

It is cold here today and tonight will be low of 35 and maybe lower tomorrow night.  My daughter and niece said it was 50 in Mich a day or two ago.  Weather is all mixed up.  We have been able to do things every day!  We've been to the beach a couple of times (covered with sunscreen) and state parks with lovely trails and swimming holes.  Shopping is in there too, but not too much.  My sis and i went to a couple of movies while the guys went fishing.

We will stay at least to the end of this week.  Want to stop in N. Carolina to see a niece on the way back to Mich.  Hubby has been making sounds to others (who mention to me) that he "misses home."  I've told him in front of his sister that if he wants to go back home, I'll buy him a plane ticket and drive him to the airport.   He's really missing his recliner and his own remote.   We did nothing but sit around all winter this year, and now we're out and about.  Hope everyone is well and that winter is over by the time we get home.  Lucy
