I can cry tears OK but my eyes feel heavy and sore afterwards... and my nose  ::) well that really gets blocked up!!!

I have very dry eyes, but can cry buckets (since getting the plugs not very attractive) they run down my face like a tap washing off all makup below the eyes.  Then my eyes burn and I need to put in double amounts of eye drops.

I've always been real sensitive.I would cry happy and sad.Now I produce just a few tears to wipe away and my eyes burn like crazy.

Usually can't cry.  Just recently lost a few tears over a situation where I could see my son was hurting.  Maybe that is because I've had the plugs put in recently.  At my FIL's funeral there were many points I wanted to shed tears, but the tears never did come.  Though at my dad's funeral which was earlier and dry eyes were not as much of an issue, I cried bucket loads.

Sounds similar to many of you,

I cry but only have a few tears.  Most of the time the eyes just moisten but if I'm really emotional, I'll have a small trickle of tears.  Nothing like before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I have cried, I do have tears. The burning afterwards makes me not want to cry.
