Immunosuppressant therapy

I posted this under Nervous System earlier but maybe I will receive more response here...  my wife has primary SS w/CNS involvement, we just learned today that my she continues to show inflammation in her CSF with multiple oligoclonal bands, and will need immunosuppressant therapy. 

Can anyone please share their experiences with cellcept, immuran or any other IS drugs they have used... how long was the treatment, side effects, results?  Thanks to all!
