I'm so glad someone has addressed this.I have always had thick hair.At the Solon they would complain about how long it took to dry it.I noticed it thinning at menopause but now it's gotten so thin I can see my scalp in the front.Hate it.I told my DH I was googling wigs the other day out of desperation.

My hair started falling out by the bucket loads 4 years ago.  It's also become very dry and brittle.

I started Plaquenil less than a year ago and to tell you the truth it seems the continued loss has lessened since starting on the medication.

My Rheumatologist has always acted as if hair loss is part of the disease.  I'm guessing it's because Sjogren's is related to Lupus?  He always asks if it's getting better.

I know this is my vanity, but I REALLY LIKE HAVING HAIR and feel this horrible thinning has caused me tremendous grief and anxiety!

PS: Epson, I'm truly sorry about your back.  I know how hard it is to keep a job these days. Probably the cancer treatment will enhance the back growth and only affect the stuff on your noggin....we call that Murphy's Law.
