I've been wondering about Mark and Chele and it's been a long time since we've had a post from them.  Unless I missed it.
I know they live a couple of hours from me so they are caught up in the midwest

Please let us know how y'all are.  Lucy

Eyeamdry,
Chele and I are alive! I have been off work since the 7th of November. I tore my right bicep tendon from my forearm. I have occasionally logged on and updated myself with the happenings on this forum. It is difficult for me type with my left hand using one finger. I am now wearing a brace on my arm that is trying to make me elbow fully extend. needless to say I am hurting most of the time.

Chele has had a rough go of it these past few weeks. She is having a lot of pain on her right side. We are hoping that her spine isn't being attacked again by transverse myelitis. I took her to her Rheumy on Wednesday. She has had a battery of blood work and x-rays. We are praying for the best.

Pooh sent Chele an email telling us you were wondering about us. It is truly a great feeling knowing our Sjogren's family misses us when we haven't posted for a while and that you care about our well being.

Our weather has been miserable as well as yours. With both of us down we don't get out much. Just doctor visits and physical therapy appointments. I will try to keep everyone updated more often.

God's blessings,

Mark....

P.S.  Our lawyer called last week and said we will still have about a year to wait until we get a court hearing for Chele's SSD. Sit and wait is what we do best!

Hi Mark,
It was so good to hear from Chelle and to know you all are doing okay.  Well, at least on the mend anyway.  Ouch! that has to be painful.

Congratulations on the up coming new grandchild too.  Please let us know when he/she makes their appearance. ;D

I hope you and Chelle have a much better 2009 than last year and that this is the year Chelle gets her SSD approval.  My daughter is going through this torture also.  She's been at it for the last 3 yrs.  Suppose to know by March.   ::)

As you said, "Wait, wait, wait is what she does best!"

Hugs and God Bless,
Pooh

Mark and Chele- I just was worried because I had not seen any posts by either of you in a long time.  I know you live a couple of hours away from me and the weather so far this winter has been bad to put it bluntly.

Hope Mark is healing well and Chele will be doing better after her test results.  In about 3 or 4 weeks, we're heading out of this area and leaving the snow behind for a month or so in Fla.  Can't wait, and hopefully when we return home spring will at least be around the corner.  Best, Lucy.

I am glad both of you are hanging in there. Times truly are tough right now. I will say a prayer for both of you, and everyone else also.

Good to hear the update on both of you. Hopefully the next time we hear things will have progressed a bit in a positive direction.

Take care,
