OT - Can your feet shrink in size???

Hey, I'm just wondering . . . can your feet shrink in size??  I have lost some weight the last few months (woohoo) and now my shoes seem to be too big!!  I know my feet "grew" when I was pregnant years ago, but can they also "shrink"?  Shoes that use to fit are too big now and I'm inbetween sizes . . grrrrrrr.  So, they are either a little bit tight or too big.  The half sizes I've seen are usually in a wide width, which I don't need.  What's a girl to do???

Congrats on the weight loss!  Yes, your feet can shrink along with the rerst of you.  Keep it up!

Congrats on the weight loss Bucky.....I had never heard of feet shrinking so much that your shoes don't fit...but I guess that its possible!

Yep they can.  When I lost weight I went from a double wide shoe to a wide shoe.  The length stayed the same.

My daughter's feet shrunk more than I size. We still don't know why - because she was never overweight. They did it though!

I was a size 10w, lost 30 pounds and was a size 9m...
I gained the weight back so I could wear all my shoes... kidding.. LOL

      My Brain is shrinking also. I swear this brain fog is something Else. It is so funny when you go into a store and come outside and can't find your car!!!! Yesterday was the worst.  I feel so dumb. and would you know it there were people everywhere. I sure they were laughting about this crazy women that couldn't find her car.

I can so empathise with losing the car. Whenever I go to the supermarket, I try to park around he same area. I usually manage too - because I guess there are a lot of other people who have to do the same thing  ;D so we are normal after all.

My mother-in-law went down a shoe size when she lost weight, so I guess you are not alone.  Congrats.

I've never experienced my feet getting smaller, but my husband now wears shoes that are 2 sizes bigger than he wore when we got married 26 years ago.
