Hi all,

Yes just when you thought t was safe t travel the sjoggie boards without the wit of Pud. I come back to terorise you with mirth and witlessness.....

I hve been a tad AWOL and quiet but i have been training hard at his new job and working full time again. Can you believe it three weeks and no sick days and i did an extra shift last night.

I had twoweeks training and assessment and last week they let us loose on the unsuspecting public. We hadmentors that listened to our calls and watched our computer work. Its a totally virtual office so my mentors were thousands of km's away. I am loving it and glad to say i passed with flying colours. I have also been asked to apply for a trainers position which will mean i get to train other new triage nurses if im successful and get to travel all over australia for 8 months  on and off.

Thanks to all the MOds for holding up the fort. You guys as always are awesome.

To everyone enquiring as to where i was thanks for looking out. thats one of the many things i love about this place. we all look out for each other. You guy rock

So i am back live and in colour and will make my presence felt in many posts.......lol

It's about time you're back!  I was getting ready to send out the St. Bernard's with the miniature whiskey barrels under the neck of course filled with your favorite libation! ;) ;D

Great to hear your news, Pud.  I was thinking about you this morning - and I'm just a new girl here so imagine how often you've been in the thoughts of all your 'old' friends!

It's wonderful to hear how well your job is going.  It must be such a blessing to find work that utilises your skills and strengths, and to be recognised so quickly as a star.  Training other people will be fascinating.  Will you enjoy the travel round Australia?

Good to have you back.

Welcome back Pud! Your enthusiasm for your new job spill off the screen. That's great! Lovely to have found a job that suits you and it doesn't surprise me at all that already they are thinking of you as being a trainer.

Your wit's been missed - so it's good to see you back!

Take care - Scottie  :)

Glad to see you back, Pud.  I think the new job and situation sounds like you've got it up and running like a top.

The board is a little bland when you're gone, although Epson puts in at times to liven it up.  Hope we can see you as often as possible.  But, do not over-do with work and the board stuff!  Space yourself o u t enough so you don't get exhausted.

Hi Pud, Glad to see you are back. It sounds great to hear that you are able to work full time without being ill. Just goes to show you that the right job works---if we can find the right job. Working just a few weeks and getting a promotion!!!!! How cool is that!! Irish ;D

Collie

Welcome back, glad to hear the new job is going well, and your being offered a promotion on top of it is just icing on the cake. Just remember to take time for yourself.
