Did You Vote?

The 106 year old woman was black, she wanted Obama to win.  Wanted to be alive to see a black president, it happen!  She was so sweet. She did see it happen!  My mom and I voted 2 weeks ago, there was a LONG line, but she is 84 and uses a cane, they sent us to the top of the line! They were hand counting the votes in NC, not sure if the verdict is in, but I think we went Obama. By 14,000 votes - that is close. I think that is official.

I saw that 106 year old woman voting too! It really touched something within my soul!!
I didn't vote. For obvious reasons. I'm not an American citizen!!! 
But if I were, I would for sure vote.

I have always voted since I was allowed to at age 18 in the country I live, and we'll have an election next year.
Not for a president since we don't have one (we have monarchy), but an election about political consignment.

Some of you are probably happy abput the results og the election in USA, and others would probably prefer a different result. I really hope the new President will do his very best to make the change he is talking about. He has got a huge task, and he will need time to make changes in all areas. I wish him peace and health, and good luck. I would do the same if the result of the election were different.

(I think I haven't revealed who I would vote for here! That was my intention too!    )
