Hi Spring,

Was reading the bios on the monitors here saw that you were first diagnosed as having MS. I also had the same thing. I also have had MS flareups as well as SJ ones. The SJ ones are easier to deal with as it will eventually be semi back to normal when finished.

In 1985 I was diagnosed with MS when I continured falling and my speech got slurred. In 1987 I was hospitalized with a major flareup with the MS. I didn't even have a gag relex. I lost the use of my arms and legs at that time. Eventually they did come back but not as good as before. The EMG shows damage to my left side and for years I had to use leg braces to help me walk due to foot drop. I am in remission with my MS but not the SJ.

Right now with the SJ I'm in a major flareup. I know that SJ and MS are similar, wonder if the doctors made a mistake with the MS. My neurologist has never taken back his diagnosis of MS
