Found Beautiful meditation

In my quest to find soothing new paths I ran across a beautiful visual meditation on Youtube. It is visually wonderful and so is the music. Then I discovered the same guy has done several of these. Check them out. The visual artist who did them is Ted Chambers. Just run his name as a search.

I just wanted to let you know that this helped me so much during the night.  I was struggling with neck pain last night and just couldn't get to sleep.  So I came out to my desk and logged on to SW.  I spotted your thread and thought "Why not?".  Well, it wasn't long before I started to relax and the pain started to ease and the next thing I knew I was asleep in my chair.

I probably would have slept here all night (or what was left of it) but my aussie decided Mom should be in bed and poked her nose up under my hand.   I turned the computer off, went back to bed and slept until 9:30 this morning.

I have a lap top computer in the house.  Maybe I can talk my husband into letting me bring it to bed. lol  I listen to meditation cds sometimes and he can't stand it unless I have on full headphones.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us.....I was just checking this out and they are wonderful! In addition to the Ted Chambers videos I also like the Rain Forest and the Mountain Stream.....I'm going to keep looking through them and I'm sure I will find more meditation/relaxation videos on here that I like.
