I'm in Minnesota and the weather is so unusual. A few flakes of snow in our area but tolerable temperatures and sunshine. Feeling like November only a little colder at times. The worst thing is the winds that we seems to get everyday. Some days not so bad and some days hard to be outside. Weatherman sounds like its to stay this way in our state for a while. Have a good week all. meirish

I remember growing up in Wisconsin and November would frustrate me as a youngster.  I always thought if the weather is this cold and harsh, we should at least have snow with it.  Anyway these past several years have been unusual maybe due to global warming.  Every year something happens to surprise us!

You are right. It is better to have snow with the cold weather. Also, for some reason if there is a fair amount of snow it doesn't seem quite so cold. Maybe I think that way cause I'm from Minnesota. meirish

Well, it is Jan 2, and we had about 1 1/2 inches of snow 2 days ago and it is slowly melting. Open ground before that and temps ion the 20's and 30's.  We have had a few days with very cold wind. Spoiled Christmas for a lot of people as no snowmobiling and the ice hasn't frozen enough to be safe for ice fishing.

The Week of the 7th though it sounds like the weather man has some wicked weather that may hit Minnesota. Time will tell. Stay tuned. Meirish
