My husband and I were able to find the British show for Ghosts on HBO Max.  We already binge watched the first season.  At first, it wasn't as funny as the American one, but then it got really funny. Some of the characters are familiar.  Heddie is Lady Buttons, then there is the British politician without pants, "Robin" is, I believe, is the Thor replacement, a WW2 British Captain is the replacement of the Revolutionary War character and a British African American is sort of the replacement for the African American singer.  The people in the baseman have the Bubonic Plague instead of Cholera.

I do hope you can get this on HBO Max in your state.  Love and hugs, Smama

I was lucky, I found it on one of our national networks free streaming site! Enjoying it so far, but
I'm not a binge watcher, usually only one episode at a time for me. I've always loved British comedy and drama, it seems so lowkey but really packs a punch! I also like the way the "stars" just seem to work where ever, and favourite actors from one show show up on a lot of others. The "leading lady" in Ghosts played a wonderful character on Call the Midwife, another favourite.

For anyone in Canada, CBC Gem is a great resource, and I don't know if it's as well known as it should be!
