Go to LDNscience.org      They have a list of prescribing doctors. You can find a doc that will prescribe it with a virtual online visit. I was facing the same thing. My doc took a job out-of-state & the pcp refused to prescribe it.

Best of luck to you.

It is interesting how docs get so many interesting ideas about meds during their education. This info follows them forever unless they have the gumption to research more. Can you imagine the confusion over the Plaquinel/Hydroxychloraquine that these medical docs in training will have after this year of bad advertising. meirish

Regarding Imuran Irish is right about staying away from the med once it has effected the liver. I was also told by a doctor at U of W in Seattle that using Imuran for more than about 12-15 years greatly increases the chance of developing a b cell type disorder. At any rate, I have to take something else.

There is good news on the naltrexone front as this next Tuesday I see a doctor that is a internist and a naturopath at a arthritis clinic in town. He is a big believer in naltrexone and so I am hopeful! It will take awhile to build up in my system, but at least it will be a start. Many thanks!

LDN only helped me partially. Dry mouth worsened but it increased eye moisture. Because of decreased saliva production I couldn't go beyond 1.5 mg and eventually it made me quit LDN altogether.
