Severe Nerve Pain

Hello Everyone,

I am sitting with ice pack against my back. It's the nerve electrical shock type pain, and been going on about a week.

I take my gabapentin and have taken ibuprofen without much relief. I have used one of things that I put the tabs on that place then it will give mild electric currents. It gives some relief then gets bad again. It's in my right flank in back where it feels in a nerve.

I welcome any thoughts.
