I haven't researched it lately but I do know that one of the first symptoms is sweating a lot. One of our sportscasters in the twin cities in MN (years ago) was seating so much at night that he would have to change his jambes at night and sometimes his wife would change the sheets. His wife looked up on line illnesses with heavy sweating and found this disease. He did have it and had the treatment and is still around on TV and it was 30 years ago or so.

The best thing to do is to see the doctor and talk with him and if he suspects it blood work can be done. Whether it is you or someone else do remember not to panic because there are meds one can take. The important thing is to see the doctor sooner so that the disease won't spread. Good luck, Keep us updated if you have info. Irish
