I can get itchy with an abrupt change in temperature.
Very bad after a shower. I must dry off immediately and dress immediately. But it can happen if I perspire and then go in air conditioning.
So, I simply avoid that scenario.
I?m aware of my clothing and temperatures around me. No sudden changes in temps.
I suspect certain foods bothers me and oddly, dust is a big issue for me.
Good luck!

PS wool clothing makes me itch too!
SLE, Sj.  Syndrome, IC, Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia, ITP (low platelets)... Various meds and lots of vitamins. Trying to eat healthy; seems to help a little.

I get that. In fact, I felt like ants were biting me. The dr prescribed neurontin and it put a stop to it. It's nueropathy.
I miss the good old days. Things were more like they used to be back then.

I have symptoms of itching all over and like bugs are crawling on me. I chalk it up to all the neurological issues I have, like the constant feeling of bubbles popping in my legs.
