Hi

Can those who have sjogren dry skin confirm the key differences between sjogren caused dry skin vs winter caused dry skin?

It is worse during the winter. I am now using Hempz lotion after shower on my shole body. This has the added effect of relaxing the fascia muscles.

I'm not sure how to distinguish them. It's worse in the winter for me in that the dry heat in the house makes dry skin even worse. I run humidifiers, use moisturizers, no baths (ultimately drying), showers not too hot (also drying). Cold also doesn't help. I keep my face and hands mostly covered when out.
