Knuckles swelling at night

Hi all,

I have SjS and most likely also sero-negative RA along with Raynauds and a few other things thrown in. I had my meds changed back in the summer and was doing great. However, over the past few weeks my knuckles have been swelling a lot at night. Daytime is fine, it's only at night.

Do any of you experience this phenomenon? If so have you found any helpful non-medication solutions?
Raynauds, sero-negative RA, Primary SjS, osteopenia, degenerative disc disease, disc protrusions,stenosis, Carpal tunnel,  poly neuropathy, myoclonus, hiatal hernia, esophagitis, viral infection, Leukopenia. Restasis, Vitamin D, B12, Evoxac, Lanzoprezole, calcium acetaminophen.
