This sounds very promising, research for new RA treatments has stopped as far as what my rheumatologist tells me. I've had just about all the RA biologicals, to no avail.

You may have missed this, last month Alex posted this YouTube link. It's about a biologic drug to block CD86:

What is most interesting is how they're finding what to block, it's explained well in the video.

Thanks for letting us know about the progress on the CD40 approach. The clinical trials are not available to me but maybe someday there will be a treatment that my doctor will agree to give me! I can hope.
