Read back the questions/comments you received and you will see the majority of them are positive or neutral.
There is research currently going on concerning this topic and linking some AIs to bacteria originating in the microbiome spreading to other areas in the body. Hopefully there will be more advanced testing and vaccines created for specific bacterias in the future.
Additionally, as Deb already mentioned,  these antibiotics may also serve as anti-inflammatories.
You are fortunate to be able to use these as you see fit. That would not be possible in many countries.
