Are the above listed medications available in dutch pharmacies?

If not then can we order them via mail or online?

If yes how much do these cute cost

You're easiest course of action would be to ask a Dutch pharmacist. If the  listed drugs are not, you could ask if there are compounding pharmacies that could provide an equivalent, for example a formulation of pilocarpine eye drops for oral use.

It would be best to ask under generic names, because trade names differ country to country.

Restasis is Cyclosporine Ophthalmic Emulsion 0.05%

Plaquenil is Hydroxychloroquine

Salagen is pilocarpine
