Does exercising help or hurt your Sjogrens symptoms?

If it's really dry and windy, my eyes tend to feel a little worse. I think sports goggles will help with this, though. My nasal passages are probably most sensitive with cold/dry air, so I try to avoid anything under 55F or low humidity, though if it's colder, I can wear a balaclava which helps keep my nose/mouth dry and moist.

Other than that, I think regular exercise helps with energy levels and general wellness, which can only help.

Ok Pete,

I have the biggest grin thinking of you out there with goggles and your balaclava running like the wind!

Wish I could see you and give you a wave!    8)
