Hi all.  Today is the tenth day of the flu for me with five days of intense aching. My respiratory symptoms are subsiding but this aching is killing me.
Of course the aching is always worse at night. I DON'T blame everything on Sjogrens but!!!!!! My husband is doing much better than me. Any wise words appreciated.

Hi Anna,

I know how you feel, I've been struck down myself. However I find taking high dose vitamin C (3.000 mg) and a zinc lozenge daily certainly expedite things for me. 4x daily I take Ibuprofen and or acetemol until the flu has run its course.
