vrystaat, i would that my brain fog is characterized by an inability to think clearly, and a sort of drunken feeling like it is hard to be aware to my surroundings rather than forgetfulness per se (although i am forgetful as well).

There is a supplement called PS 100.
Jarrow Brand...white bottle.
It has no side effects and helps with brain fog
You can read reviews on Amazon or iherb
Very helpful product!

My brain fog comes and goes. It was visiting yesterday. I did not realize it but I put my pocketbook in the recycling box and later put it outside for collection without checking. When I went to look for this morning I realized what I did last night. Major stress. I hate brain fog.

Brain fog is increasing for me.  I can?t remeber words that I use all the time. Lose my train of thought mid sentence. Forget many things. Can?t think sometimes as if my brain has shut off. Sometimes I can?t read because I can?t retain or comprehend what I?m reading. I get the floaters sometimes as well I?ve complained about them to my doctors but they never seemed concerned. I think I see something dark on the wall out of the corner of my eye but when I look there?s nothing there.

Floaters are benign and cannot be 'fixed'.   I often see a 'silly gnat' that just flies away when I try to look at it!  A tiny dark floater.   Most of the time I manage not to 'see' them.

Relax, don't worry about floaters, really.
