Hi all, If you've seen any of my posts of late you know I've been experiencing terrible shoulder pain (which included muscle spasms). Turns out I may not be able to do yoga at all, the neurologist thinks that stretching may have triggered my nerves and muscles to act badly.

After seeing a PA and conferring with my neurologist I'm headed back to PT and maybe going to restart Gabapentin (I had to stop due to night time jerking/seizure like motions). I am looking forward to PT, hoping they can do like last time and use moist heat to settle things down and dull the pain. If PT does not resolve things I've been cleared to restart Gabapentin.

Fingers crossed that one of these will work.
