Inside of cheeks rough

Does anyone feel the inside of their mouth, the cheeks, are rough?

This seemed to only happen over the last year or so for me, and I am curious if it is a common issue associated with dry mouth.  I take Evoxac, but this problem was there before I started that and did not go away after being on it for the 10 months or so I have been on it.

Any advice is appreciated.
