Happy end in related pregnancy complications

Hello everyone. I am 41 and I found this site last year because I got my Sjogren`s diagnosis in a very sad way.
I had a dry eye from 2009 without diagnosis. I got pregnant last year, everything was OK but in 20th week an atrioventricular block was detected in the fetus with severe bradicardia, things went bad and I lost my beloved girl 4 weeks later. This is so cruel.
So I discovered that I had a positive Anti Ro (what is that provokes fibrosis in the fetal heart electric system) in that sad way.
I visited several doctors and although we were scared we tried again. It has been a very complex and high risk pregnancy, I have received Hydroxychloroquine, plasmaferesis every 2-3 weeks in the second trimester and high dose immunoglobulins. I was monitored with fetal echocardiogram every 2-3 weeks. It has been very stressing.

After these difficult months, I delivered a healthy girl. It is impossible to know due to the rarity of these condition if she is healthy because statistics favoured us, or because of the medical treatment.

In any case, we are happy.

Thank you so much because last year when I discovered my disease I felt I was not alone and I have learned so much.
Up to now, I don't have serious symptoms, but now I am prepared and warned for the future.
