Hi

Over three and a half years ago I developed a frozen shoulder. I've had physiotherapy, cortisone shots and autologous plasma shots. It certainly moves better than it did but have never got to 'pain free' stage.

On Thursday I'm having an arthroscopy to finally determine what is sticking and where. Nothing ever showed up on scans or x-rays so am grateful for the 'shoulder doc' offering me a procedure. He knows which way to move it to cause a yelp and is confident SOMEthing is sticking.

Thanks for listening. Scottie  :)

Gosh, I knew about your shoulder but didn't realize it was that long ago already. I hope that they can figure something out. I hope they can also see if there could be a nerve being pinched also. Shoulders are so miserable cause every movement causes pain. Good luck. Irish
